This is probably the worst edited legal textbook I've ever used. As a 3L, I've read my share of them, but this one is filled with lengthy opinions that should've been cut in half. Most of the cases are circuit court opinions, so they're simply not as colorful and well written. Translation-BORING.

Could use more reported cases for case method teaching, though the articles are good.

Very informative

I rented this book, expecting it to be used like most rented books. It came in brand new and no markings at all, it didn't even look like it was ever opened. Considering buying it new for this class was almost 300, the price of renting it was great! I'm very pleased with the quality of this rented book.
