Anything by Christopher West is good. Get this for yourself AND your high school or college aged child or godchild before they begin making some big decisions. West really has credibility here as he opens up about some of his own experiences (his openness is a true act of charity). I was raised in an age of do's and don'ts with very little understanding of why. Catholic kids and adults need to understand that when it comes to sexuality they are protecting something very very GOOD ... not avoiding something bad. Misinformation about sex and Catholic sexuality is eveywhere ... read up on the GOOD NEWS! Follow up with any of Gregory Popcaks hilarious and informative books on relationships.
